摘  要:棉酚及其衍生物因具有多种生物学活性而被广泛应用于临床,近年来其抗肿瘤作用亦受到各国学者的广泛重视。早期研究发现棉酚抗肿瘤机制可能是通过抑制Bcl-2/Bcl-x L基因而促进肿瘤细胞凋亡,抑制蛋白激酶C和端粒酶活性,但其具体作用机制仍不明确。随着对棉酚进行一系列的体外以及动物研究研究发现,棉酚能够通过使发生甲基化的抑癌基因去甲基化,从而达到抗肿瘤的目的。棉酚及其衍生物抗肿瘤机制的研究,对探寻治疗肿瘤的发展具有重要意义。Gossypol and its derivatives have been widely used in clinical practice because of their biological activity. In recent years, its anti-tumor effect has been universally recognized by scholars all over the world. Early studies have shown that the anti-tumor mechanism of gossypol may be promoting the apoptosis of tumor cells and inhibiting the activity of pro- tein kinase C and inhibiting the activity of telomerase by inhibiting Bcl-2/Bcl-xL gene, but its specific mechanism is still unknown. However, through a series of in vitro and animal studies of gossypol, it's discovered that gossypol can achieve anti- tumor effects by demethylation of methylated tumor suppressor genes. The study on the anti-tumor mechanism of gossypol and its derivatives is important for exploring the development of tumor treatment.
