摘  要:为探索并建立转炉采用石灰石代替石灰造渣炼钢工艺制度,在首秦100t转炉和石钢60t转炉上进行了石灰石与石灰造渣对比试验。试验结果表明:转炉采用石灰石代替石灰造渣,铁水入炉比在92.5%左右较为合适;在造同碱度渣脱磷时,2种造渣方法中石灰石与石灰加入比为1.28∶1;石灰石造渣前期炉渣泡沫化程度提高,可通过降低前期氧枪枪位来改善石灰石造渣溢渣。In order to explore and build the technology system of converter using limestone instead of lime for slagging steelmaking process, the comparison experiment between limestone-slagging and lime slagging was carried out in Shouqin 100 t converter and Shisteel 60 t converter. The results showed that when converter adopted limestone instead of lime for slagging, the molten iron ratio into furnace was about 93 % more appropriate. When adopting the same basicity for dephosphorization, the addition ratio of limestone and lime was 1.28 : 1 in the two slagging methods. The foaming degree of limestone-slagging improved in the early stage, and the slag overflow problem could be solved by reducing the oxygen lance position.
