摘　　要：由于目前未对-40℃以下极寒天气条件下补偿器a、b值的设置提出要求,为确保高寒地区电气化铁路行车安全,基于滨洲铁路所处的高纬度、高原、高寒气象条件,对补偿器a、b值进行了相关研究,并提出相应的调整要求。Since there no requirements are being specified at present on setting of a and b values for tensioning device under extreme cold temperature of lower than -40℃, in order to ensure the safety running of electric railway in extreme cold region, relative researches are made for the a and b value of tensioning device for Harbin-Manchuria railway which is located on the region of high latitude, high plateau under cold weather conditions, and requirements for adjustment has been put forward accordingly.
