抗体CD105在低级别滤泡性淋巴瘤与滤泡增生型淋巴结反应性增生鉴别诊断中的意义

摘　　要：目的抗体CD105对LGFL与FHLRH的鉴别诊断价值评价。方法选取LGFL与FHLRH病例各50例,使用CD105/SMA进行免疫组化双染色,观察二者的活化微血管的差异。结果以CD105/SMA进行免疫组化双染色可标记LGFL的活化微血管,CD105阳性;而在FHLRH中未见活化微血管标记,CD105阴性。结论活化微血管标记抗体CD105在LGFL与FHLRH的鉴别诊断中具重要价值。Objective To investigate the significance of antibody CDI05, an antibody which labels activated microvessel, in the differential diagnosis of low grade follicular lymphoma （LGFL） an＇t follicular hyperplastic type of lymphoid reactive hyperplasia（FHLRH）. Methods Fifty LGFL cases and fifty FHLRH cases were selected respectively, then double immunohistochemical staining of CD105/SMA was used to observed the difference of activated microvessel between the two subjects. Results Double immunohistochemical staining of CDIO5/SMA marked activated microvessel in LGFL and CDI05 is positive, but no activated microvessel was marked in FHLRH and CDI05 is negative. Conclusions Antibody-CD105, which labeled activated microvessel, is of great value in the differential diagnosis of LGFL and FHLRH.
