摘　　要：三焦气化失常与衰老及相关性疾病密切相关。总结近十年来对三焦理论的最新认识和研究进展,对临床具有重要指导意义的认识主要有4个方面:三焦是气、血、津、液、精的生发之所和运行通道;三焦是五行之外联系五脏六腑的另一形式;三焦执心包令,行使"君主"的功能;三焦气化是生命活动之本。Qi transformation disorder of Sanjiao （triple energizer） is closely related to senescence and related diseases.The authors summarize the latest 10 year’s understanding and the research development of the theory of Sanjiao,and find 4 main aspects that have an important guiding significance for clinical practice,i.e.Sanjiao is both the place of birth and channel to run for Qi,blood,thin and thick fluids as well as essence; Sanjiao is another form of contact among five Zang-organs and six Fu-organs other than the five elements; Sanjiao executes the order of the pericardium,exercising the function of ＂monarch＂; the Qi transformation in Sanjiao is the foundation of life activity.
