基于肠道微环境探讨“心主神明”的内涵与外延

摘　　要：人的精神心理虽分属于五脏,却主要由心所主宰。"脑为髓海"是以肾所藏先天之精为基础,故有脑主先天之神一说。中医学一般将脑的功能归于心,心(脑)为五脏六腑之大主,主管人的精神意识和神志活动。肠道菌群代谢物质可能是肠道微环境与神明密切相关的物质基础,神经系统可能是肠道微环境与神明密切相关的网络系统。对肠道菌群、肠-脑轴、黏膜免疫等肠道微环境的研究,有望在揭示"心主神明"生物学基础的同时,也会完善其科学内涵和外延。Although the domination of the spirit and mind can be attributed into five Zang-organs,they are mainly dominated by the heart.＂Brain as the sea of the narrow＂is based on the essence the kidney stores,so it is said that the brain governs congenital spirit.In Chinese medicine,the function of the brain is generally attributed to the heart,and heart （brain） is the governor of five Zang-organs and six Fu-organs,in charge of the mental consciousness and activities.The metabolites of the intestinal flora may be the material foundation of the close relationship between intestinal microenvironment and the spirit; the nervous system may be the network system in the intestinal microenvironment closely related to the spirit.The study on intestinal microenvironment such as intestinal flora,intestine-brain axis and mucosal immunity is expected to reveal the biological basis of the ＂spirit＂and to perfect the scientific connotation and denotation of the ＂the heart governs the mind＂.
