大学生创新创业项目管理中存在的问题及对策——以延安大学为例

摘　　要："大学生创新创业训练项目计划"是迄今而言覆盖面最广的由教育部支持的大学生创新创业项目。该项目在一些高校的实施管理中出现了学生了解大创项目渠道单一,申报时间短促和申报对象不当,指导教师没有发挥应有的指导作用,学生往往缺乏完成项目的责任感和自我约束力及考核方式的偏差等方面的问题。针对以上问题,提出尝试"2+2"项目申报与组织管理模式;建立有效的激励机制推动项目的实施;实行重在过程的考核方式,以从根本上解决大创项目学生申报积极性不高、结题率偏低的问题。The innovation training project for college students is the widest ranging innovation training projcct that aided financially by the ministry of education. In the course of management, the project appears following problems： the mode students come to know the project is narrow; the time of project declaring is pressed ; tutors don＇ t perform their duty well enough; students lack due responsibility and self- discipline to fulfill the project; the deviation of assessment. In view of the above problems, l put forward such solutions ： introducing ＂2 ＋ 2＂ project application and administer model ; setting effective excitation mechanism to propel the accomplishment of the project ; implementing the assessment that emphasizes the research process. I hope these measures will sole the problem of students＇ poor enthusiasm and the low finished result in the traininz project.
