摘 要:塔里木山前地区深部地层盐膏层分布复杂,井下事故多发,特别是钻遇超高压(地层压力当量钻井液密度﹥2.30 g/cm^3或绝对压力﹥105 MPa)盐水,面临同一裸眼溢漏同存问题,处理难度大,超高压盐水溢流已成为近年来塔里木山前钻井提速的技术瓶颈之一。通过开展钻井液室内污染控制、盐结晶评价,最大关井压力评估,采用控压钻进及放水降压技术,并在2口井现场应用成功。The deep gypsum in the piedmont area of Tarim Basin is featured with complex structure and distribution,leading to frequent accidents,especially when drilling through ultrahigh pressure brine formation( equivalent drilling fluid density >2. 30g/cm^3 or absolute pressure > 105MPa). It is hard to control when overflow and well loss occur at the same open hole section. UHP brine has become one of the bottlenecks in drilling speed improvement in recent years. The risk of loss and sticking is high when drilling continued after well killing. Through indoor evaluation of the drilling fluid contamination control,salt crystallization,and maximum shut-in pressure, controlled pressure drilling technology and pressure relief drainage technology have been developed and have been successfully used in two wells.
