摘  要:目的在扫描电镜下观察Er,Cr:YSGG激光照射后非龋性硬化牙本质的表面形态特点,及硬化牙本质-充填材料间粘接界面的微观形态特点,评价Er,Cr:YSGG激光对非龋性硬化牙本质的作用及对其粘接性能的影响。方法选取咬合面有典型硬化牙本质的离体磨牙20颗,将其随机分成四组,A组用Er,Cr:YSGG激光照射表面,B组用Er,Cr:YSGG激光照射后35%磷酸酸蚀处理表面,C组用Er,Cr:YSGG激光照射后35%磷酸酸蚀+复合树脂充填,D组用Er,Cr:YSGG激光照射后使用玻璃离子水门汀充填。C、D组样本牙充填完成后,垂直于粘接界面方向片切开以暴露出粘接界面。在扫描电子显微镜下观察A、B组非龋性硬化牙本质表面的微观形态特点,及C、D组硬化牙本质-充填材料粘接界面的形态特点。结果扫描电子显微镜下可见,经Er,Cr:YSGG激光照射后硬化牙本质表面粗糙、无玷污层,但牙本质小管开口较小或是完全堵塞;激光照射加35%磷酸酸蚀后可见牙本质小管开口明显增多,多数牙本质小管内有硬化柱突出。粘接界面观察可见复合树脂充填组混合层较薄,混合层、树脂突及牙本质小管内的硬化柱形成紧密连接,玻璃离子水门汀充填组可见硬化牙本质与充填材料粘接较紧密无明显微裂隙。结论使用Er,Cr:YSGG激光预备非龋性硬化牙本质,有助于改善其表面形态,从而利于提高其粘接性能。Objective To observe the surface morphology of the non-carious sclerotic dentin after Er,Cr ∶ YSG laser irradiation and the microstructure characteristics of the bonding interface between the non-carious sclerotic dentin and filling materials after Er,Cr ∶ YSG laser irradiation with scanning electron microscope and evaluate the effect of Er,Cr ∶ YSG laser on the non-carious sclerotic dentin and its effect on the adhesive properties of the non-carious sclerotic dentin.Methods 20 molars with typical non-carious sclerotic dentin in the occlusal surface were selected and randomly divided into four groups. The teeth in group A were prepared with Er,Cr ∶ YSG laser. Those in group B were prepared with Er,Cr ∶ YSG laser and then with 35% phosphoric acid etch on the surface for 15 s. The teeth in group C were prepared with Er,Cr ∶ YSG laser and then filled with composite resin. The teeth in group D were prepared with Er,Cr ∶ YSG laser and then filled with glass ionomer cement. The samples in group C and D were divided into two parts perpendicular to the bonding interface. The surface morphology of the non-carious sclerotic dentin in group A and B and the microstructure characteristics of the bonding interface between the non-carious sclerotic dentin and filling materials in group C and D were observed with SEM.Results The surface of the sclerotic dentin were rough without smear layer after Er,Cr ∶ YSG laser irradiation,but the dentin tubules were smaller or completely blocked. After laser irradiation and 35% phosphoric acid etching,the opening of the dentin tubules significantly increased,and there were crystallizing columns in many dentin tubules. The hybrid layer of the composite resin filling group was thinner. In part of the region,the hybrid layer,resin tags,and crystallizing column within dentinal tubules were connected together tightly. The connection between sclerotic dentin and glass ionomer cement was close and no obvious micro crack existed.Conclusions Er,Cr ∶ YSG laser preparation may help to
