摘 要:港航物流在21世纪海上丝绸之路进程中发挥着先导作用,现代港航物流已进入"供应链协同"时代,探索讨论和建立健全港口供应链协同控制机制迫在眉睫。供应链协同控制机制是港口供应链安全、高效协同的关键性因素。在文献梳理的基础上,分别从动力机制和运行机制两方面构建关于港口供应链协同控制的理论分析框架,并就港口供应链协同控制机制建构提出建议。Port logistics plays a leading role in one process of the 21st century maritime silk road. Modern port logistics has entered the era of supply chain collaboration, exploration and discussion, establishment and improvement of the port supply chain collaborative control mechanism is imminent. The collaborative control mechanism of supply chain is the key determinants of security and efficient coordination on port supply chain. On the basis of literature review, a theoretical analysis framework about collaborative control of the port supply chain was built respectively from two aspects of the dynamic mechanism and operating mechanism. Countermeasures and suggestions for collaborative control mechanism's construction of port supply chain were put forward.
