摘　　要：我院设立心理咨询专业已整10年,为了解毕业生的就业状况,以及用人单位对毕业生的工作表现的反馈,开展了一次调查活动。调查结果表明,我院需根据国家最新政策以及大数据平台,针对未来用人市场的需求,不断改进教育教学方案,培养出专业化、复合型的人才,同时也为在校生提供相应的就业指导。The major of psychological counseling has been established in our college for 10 years. In order to understand the employment status of graduates and feedback from employers on the performance of graduates, a survey was carded out. The survey results show that our college has been constantly improving the education and teaching programs to develop a professional, compound talents. We also provide appropriate employment guidance for the students according to the latest national policy and large data platform for the future needs.
