摘　　要：电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)具有高精密度、低检出限、线性范围宽和多元素同时测定等特点,适用于食品、环境、农产品等各类样品中主量、微量及痕量元素的定性、半定量和定量分析。就炬管、中心管、雾化器等进样系统的维护和保养、仪器校准、元素分析的制样和测试条件、谱线选择和分析结果的判定4个部分展开讨论,其中包括进样系统积盐积碳的处理方法,通过执行自动寻峰和炬管准直来进行仪器校准的方法,不同元素的制样方法及观测方式的选择和测试结果谱线的选择依据等。通过介绍ICP-OES仪器的操作技巧和维护事项,旨在强化仪器管理的专业技能,提高仪器的服务时效。Inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometer （ICP-OES） possesses high precision, low detection limit, wide linear range and simultaneous multi-elements measurement. ICP-OES can be applied to qualitative, semi- quantitative and quantitative analysis of main, micro and trace amount elements in food, environment and farm products. Herein operation and maintenance of ICP-OES were presented in this article, including maintenance of system of pump samples, instruments calibration, sample preparation and parameter setting for different elements, spectrum selection and evaluation of analysis results in order to intensify professional qualification on instruments management and enhance service ageing and efficiency of the instruments.
