摘 要:【目的】探讨不同因素对金花茶组培苗移栽的影响,为金花茶组培苗的人工栽培提供理论基础和技术支持。【方法】对金花茶组培苗开展不同移栽基质、遮阴、覆膜时间以及间歇式喷雾的对比试验,观察组培苗的成活及生长情况,统计成活率、新叶率以及新根率。【结果】金花茶组培苗的移栽以黄土为基质最好,成活率高达90.67%;移栽时以遮光率为35%~55%的遮阳网进行遮光有利于成活率的提高;覆膜40 d可显著提高组培苗的移栽成活;采用间隔2 h喷雾60 s的方式可有效提高移栽的成活率。【结论】基质、遮阴、覆膜以及间歇式喷雾是金花茶组培苗移栽成活的重要影响因素。[ Objective ] The effect of different transplanting condition on transplanting of tissue culture in Camellia nitidissima seedling was ex-plored to provide theoretical basis and technical support for artificial cultivation for Camellia nitidissima. [ Method] Comparative experimentswere carried out in Camellia nitidissima of 4 methods, including different medium, shading rate, mulching time and intermittent spray, thesurvival and growth condition were observed, survival rate, young leaves rate, new roots rate were calculated. [ Result] The loess was the bestmedium on the transplanting of Camellia nitidissima tissue culture seedling, the survival rate reached 90.67 %, using the shade net whichthe shading rate was 35 % - 55 % could be best for improving the survival rate when transplanted, filmed mulching with 40 d could signifi-candy improve the survival of tissue culture seedling, using the way of intervaling 2 hours and spraying 60 seconds could effectively improvethe survival rate. [ Conclusion ] Medium, shading rate, mulching time and intermittent spray were important influencing factors on survival oftransplanting in Camellia nitidissima tissue culture seedling.
