摘　　要：卷烟生产主要的原料之一是烟用香精香料,香精香料配方是各个烟草企业核心技术之一,具有强化烟草香味、改善烟叶品质、提高烟叶使用率等作用,由于受到各种因素的影响其安全性研究报道不多。从香料本身和外界环境2个方面分析了影响烟用香精香料安全性因素,提出烟用香精香料安全评价面临的主要问题,并对烟用香精香料质量安全监控措施进行展望。Tobacco flavors and fragrances play a very important role in the production and use of cigarettes, but its safety research is not perfect because of many factors. The tobacco flavor characteristics, safety issues and security at home and abroad current status on the study of are introduced, and the smoke with flavor quality safety influencing factors are analyzed. Also put forward main problems faced by the safety evaluation and smoke with flavor quality safety control system take the measures are discussed. In order to provide a theoretical reference for the relevant theoretical research and practice in this field in the future.
