摘　　要：本文介绍了应用Solid Works软件,对大口径蝶阀试验过程中的变形进行分析,结合工厂试验,对试压盲板结构进行改进,从而大大减小大口径蝶阀工厂试验过程中的变形,为其他大口径阀门在工厂试验提供参考。This paper introduces the application of SolidWorks software,analyzes the deformation in the process of large diameter butterfly valve test.Combined with the factory test,this paper improves the pressure blind flange structure,thereby significantly reducing the deformation in the process of large diameter butterfly valve factory test,providing a reference for other large diameter valve test in the factory.
