摘　　要：通过设计调查问卷,对宁夏建院房地产经营与估价专业课程设置合理性、专业技能培养、教师教学方式、学生工作单位基本情况等进行了调查与分析。针对人才培养过程中存在专业培养目标与学生主要就业方向差别大、人才培养特色没有形成制度性、培养目标难以有效实现等问题,从建立符合市场的人才培养方案、固化专业特色活动、加大教师专业和课程培养目标宣贯三方面提出了具体改进措施。Through the design of questionnaire,this paper made investigation and analysis on the real estate management and valuation curriculum rationality,professional skills training,teachers＇ teaching methods,students work unit basic situation and other aspects of Ningxia Construction Vocational and Technical College. According to the existing professional training objectives and students employment direction differences,personnel training characteristics not formed the system,training objectives difficult to achieved and other problems in personnel training process,from the establishment of personnel training program for the market,curing professional specialty activities,increasing teacher professional and curriculum training objectives publicizing three aspects put forward specific improvement measures.
