摘　　要：文章首先简明扼要地介绍了电控柴油机控制系统的基本组成及工作原理,然后以新型康明斯ISBe电控柴油机为例,结合实际情况详细地对控制系统中输出设备——执行器的新技术、新结构以及失效模式进行了重点的分析说明,最后根据实践教学经验介绍了执行器部件的具体检测和维修方法;希望文章能够为电控柴油机的研究、使用以及维修人员提供有用的借鉴。In this paper, the basic composition and working principle of the control system of the electronic control diesel engine are introduced briefly. Then, taking the new Cummins ISBe electronic control diesel engine as an example, the new technology, new structure and failure mode of the output device, the actuator in the control system is described in detail. Finally, the specific inspection and maintenance methods of the actuator parts are introduced according to the practical teaching experience. It is hoped that the article can provide useful reference for the research, use and maintenance of the electronic control diesel engine.
