摘　　要：目的:应用免疫组化法分析人非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中TRPSl表达与NSCLC分型与分期之间的关系,为NSCLC的诊断、预后提供更多的生物标志物依据。方法:应用免疫组织化学的方法,检测非小细胞肺癌肿瘤组织中TPRS1的表达,并且分析其分型、分期之间阳性细胞数、光密度值之间的差异。结果:(1)NSCLC组TRPS1表达阳性细胞数、光密度值分别为65(54~127)和0.27(0.22~0.71),正常肺组织中TRPS1表达为阴性;(2)NSCLC中高分化组TRPS1表达阳性细胞数、光密度值分别为(63.07±4.22)和0.26(0.22~0.30),低分化组分别为110(96~127)和(0.65±0.03),两组之间对比,其阳性细胞数、光密度值具有统计学差异(P<0.01);(3)NSCLC中0~1期TRPS1表达阳性细胞数、光密度值分别为(62.00±3.31)和0.26(0.22~0.28),2~3期分别为109(67~127)和0.63(0.28~0.71),两组之间对比,其阳性细胞数、光密度值具有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:TRPS1可以作为非小细胞肺癌的生物标志物之一,在不同分型及分期均有阳性表达。根据分期和分型的不同,TRPS1也均有表达差异。对临床具有一定指导意义。Objective：To explore the relationship between the TRPS1 expression and classification and staging in human non-small cell lung cancer by immunohistochemistry,and to provide evidence for diagnosing and predicting prognosis of NSCLC.Methods：The TPRS1 expression in NSCLC tissue was tested by immunohistochemistry,and then the difference of the number of TRPS1 positive cells and optical density in classification and staging of NSCLC were analyzed.Results：（1）The number of TRPS1 positive cells and the optical density in NSCLC group was 65（54~127）and 0.27（0.22~0.71）respectively,while the expression of TRPS1 was negative in normal lung tissues;（2）The number of positive cells and optical density of TRPS1 in the well-differentiated group of NSCLC was 63.07±4.22 and 0.26（0.22~0.30）,and those in the poorly-differentiated group was 110（96~127）and 0.65±0.03 respectively,which there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）;（3）The number of TRPS1 positive cells and optical density in 0~1 stage of NSCLC was 62.00±3.31 and 0.26（0.22~0.28）respectively,and those in stage 2~3 was 109（67~127）and 0.63（0.28~0.71）,which there was statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：TRPS1 can be used as one of the biomarker of non-small cell lung cancer,which the positive expression can be detected in variety classification and staging.In the different classification and staging,TRPS1 also shows the different expression,which has certain guiding significance to the clinic.
