冰冻切片诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤准确率的病理临床影响因素探究

摘　　要：目的:研究冰冻切片诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤准确率的病理临床影响因素。方法:抽取某院2015年3月~2016年3月收治的乳腺病变患者52例,采用冰冻切片进行诊断,并将诊断结果与术后石蜡切片结果进行对比,回顾分析影响冰冻切片诊断乳腺恶性肿瘤准确率的病理和因素。结果:冰冻切片对乳腺癌的总确诊率为90.38%,同时,当送检组织的肿瘤大小为2.5cm及以上时,确诊率为97.22%。结论:冰冻切片在乳腺癌的诊断中具有较高的确诊率,但在采用这一方法的过程中必须提高取材和送检的水平,以提高其诊断的准确率,减少误诊率。Objective：To study the pathological and clinical influencing factors on the accuracy of frozen section diagnosis of breast malignant tumor.Methods：52 cases with breast lesions in a hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were chosen to diagnose by using frozen section and then compare the diagnostic results with postoperative paraffin pathological results,and the retrospectively analyze the factors influencing the frozen sections of the accurate rate of diagnosis of breast malignant tumor.Results：The frozen section of breast cancer diagnosis rate was 90.38% ,at the same time,when the inspection of tumor size 2.5cm and above,the diagnosis rate was 97.22% .Conclusion：The frozen section is higher in the diagnosis of breast cancer diagnosis rate,but in the process of using this method,it should improve sampling and inspection level so as to improve the accuracy of diagnosis and reduce the misdiagnosis rate.
