职业核心能力与体育课程内涵契合关联研究

摘　　要：通过对职业能力的概念与内涵特征进行疏理,厘清体育课程与职业核心能力之间存有内在契合关联:从辩证唯物主义认识论角度看,课程是载体与工具,能力是目的与实现;从结构特点而言,二者均具有宽基础、泛迁移的特点,是各自体系结构的底层与基础;从工具属性来看,二者均离不开活动、任务等载体平台,具有依附性;从本质功能而言,二者互相影响、相互促进。By reorganizing the concept and connotation of occupation ability characteristic,this paper clarified the sports curriculum and the core ability of occupation inherent fit Association： epistemology from the perspective of dialectical materialism,curriculum is the carrier and tool,ability and realizing the purpose; according to the structure characteristics,two have the characteristics of wide base,the pan is migration. The bottom and their system structure; from the tool attributes,both of the two activities,cannot do without the task carrier platform is dependent in nature; the two function,influence and promote each other.
