地方农业院校实施特色发展战略的探索与实践——以湖南农业大学为例

摘　　要：地方农业院校实施特色发展战略不仅是肩负自身使命的必然要求,也是发挥自身优势的有效途径和克服自身不足的现实需求。确立特色办学理念,培育特色办学文化,发挥特色服务功能是地方农业院校实施特色发展战略的基本途径。湖南农业大学通过依托南方粮油协同创新中心,积极开展特色人才培养、特色学科建设、特色社会服务的探索与实践,以期为地方农业院校实施特色发展战略提供借鉴与参考。For local agricultural universities,implementing the characteristic development strategy is not only the necessary requirement in shouldering the mission,but also the effective way to give a full play to their advantages and the realistic need of overcoming their shortcomings. The confirmation of characteristic education conception,the establishment of characteristic university culture,and the development of characteristic service function are the basic path to the implementation of characteristic development strategy. As an example,Hunan Agricultural University,relying on the Southern Regional Collaborative Innovation Center for Grain and Oil Crops,actively carries out the characteristic talents training,characteristic discipline construction,characteristic social service in order to provide reference for local agricultural universities to implement the characteristic development strategy.
