摘　　要：关于区域发展能力的理论研究,是近年来国内学术界的一大取向。但是,作为一个初步拓展的研究领域,现有研究成果大多局限于提升区域发展能力的对策研讨,尚未形成全面、系统和深入的理论体系。在主流经济学语境下,诠释区域发展能力的核心要件,有助于加强这一新兴研究领域的社会认知,并为开展深层次的理论研究提供基础平台。本文通过分析区域能力需求和区域能力供给,设计模型建立了主流经济学语境中的关于区域发展能力的基本分析框架,并分析了区域能力的成本收益和能力建设路径。The theoretical research on regional development capability has been a major trend in academic circles in recent years.However,as a new research field,most of the existing research results are limited to the study of measures to enhance regional development capability,and a comprehensive,systematic and in-depth theoretical system has not been formed.In the context of mainstream economics,the key elements to interpret regional development capability help to strengthen the social consciousness in this emerging field,and provide a basic platform for further theoretical research.Through the analysis of regional capability demand and supply,this paper established the basic analysis framework for regional development capability in the context of mainstream economics.Finally,the paper discussed the cost-benefit of regional capability and its building approach.
