^(153)钐乙二胺四甲撑磷酸联合放射性疗法治疗头颈肿瘤合并骨转移患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨^(153)钐乙二胺四甲撑磷酸(^(153)SmEDTM)联合放射性疗法治疗头颈肿瘤合并骨转移的临床疗效。方法选取120例头颈肿瘤合并骨转移患者,根据随机数表法分为对照组、观察组各60例。对照组患者接受^(153)SmEDTM治疗,观察组患者接受^(153)SmEDTM联合放射性疗法治疗。治疗3个月后,比较2组患者治疗后疼痛缓解情况及骨转移灶变化、毒副作用。结果治疗后,观察组疼痛改善效果显著优于对照组(P<0.05),骨转移病灶总缓解率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组毒副反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论^(153)SmEDTM联合放射性疗法治疗头颈肿瘤合并骨转移效果显著,安全性较高,能有效减轻患者疼痛,减少骨转移。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of ^153SmEDTMP combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of head and neck tumor patients with bone metastasis. Methods A total of 120 head and neck tumor patients with bone metastasis in our hospital were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 60 cases per group. Patients in the control group received ^153SmEDTMP treatment,and the patients in the observation group received ^153SmEDTMP combined with radiotherapy. After 3 months of treatment,the pain relief condition,the changes of bone metastasis and toxic and adverse effects were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the efficacy of pain improvement in the observation group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The total remission rate of bone metastasis focus was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of toxic and adverse effects between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion ^153SmEDTMP combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of head and neck cancer patients with bone metastasis are safe and effective,and can effectively relieve the pain of patients with bone metastasis and reduce the incidence rate of bone metastasis.
