摘　　要：随着社会的进步,全球经济一体化的浪潮势不可挡,建设一个有朝气的国家成为我国重要的发展目标,而培养大批专业的土木工程人才是发展建设的基础,也是高等院校的主要目标,论文结合国外的教学实践过程分析了我国高等院校对高素质人才培养的现状,并整理出下阶段的培养目标,完善了当代人才培养的方式,大幅度提高人才质量。With the progress of society, the tide of global economic integration is unstoppable, to build an energetic country is an important development goal of our country, and cultivating a large number of professional talents of civil engineering is the foundation of development and construction, is the main objective of colleges and universities, combining with the teaching practice abroad, paper analyzes the status of cultivating the high-quality talents in China＇s universities, and clears up next training objectives, to improve the mode of modern talent cultivation, greatly improve the quality of talents.
