胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤的MSCT表现

摘　　要：目的探讨胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤(SPTP)的多层螺旋CT(MSCT)表现。方法回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的32例SPTP的MSCT表现。结果本组囊性结构为主7例,实性结构为主11例,囊、实结构比例相近者14例。14例病变有钙化,5例伴有胰管扩张,1例伴胆总管扩张。MSCT平扫囊性成分呈低密度,实性成分呈等低密度,增强扫描实性部分明显强化,囊性部分各期均无强化。结论 SPTP的MSCT表现具有一定特征性,有利于诊断及鉴别诊断。但无胰管不是SPTP的特征性CT表现之一。Objective To study the multi- slice spiral CT （MSCT） features of solid- pseudopapillary tumors of the pancreas （SPTP）. Methods The MSCT features of 32 cases of SFFP, which were confirmed by operation and pathology, were retrospectively analyzed. Results Tumors contained similar proportion of solid and cystic part in 14 cases. There was mostly solid components in 11 cases and mostly cystic components in 7 cases. MSCT revealed calcification in 14 cases. There was pancreatic duct dilatation in 5 ca- ses and bile duct dilatation in 1 case. Solid portions within the neoplasm demonstrated iso-or hypo-attenuation while cystic portions demonstrated hypo-attenuation on pre-eontrast MSCT. On enhanced MSCT scans, solid portions showed marked enhancement, and cystic portions showed no enhancement. Conclusion The MSCT findings of SPTP have certain characteristic, and enhanced MSCT play important roles in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of SPTP. But pancreatic duct dilatation is not one of rharaeteristic of the MSCT features in SPTP.
