摘  要:以莲子心水提液为研究对象,研究不同的膜组件对莲子心水提液中蛋白质、糖类和黄酮类化合物的分级截留率,筛选适合莲子心中的活性成分分离的膜组合方式。结果显示:(1)莲子心水提液中的主要活性成分为糖类、蛋白质及黄酮类化合物,以莲子心干重计,其含量分别为7.85%,1.41%,1.42%。(2)对莲子心水提液具有较好分离效果的膜组合方式为PS-10超滤膜+HPS-3超滤膜组合。PS-10超滤膜对莲子心水提液中蛋白质的截留率为74.65%,对黄酮类化合物和糖类的截留率分别为9.09%和15.45%;HPS-3超滤膜对PS-10超滤膜透过液中糖类的截留率为69.46%,而对黄酮类化合物的透过率仅为18.67%。PS-10超滤膜与HPS-3超滤膜组合方式可用于莲子心水提液中的功能活性成分的分离,分离效率较高。该分离技术能够为天然产物的研究与应用提供技术支持。This paper took lotus plumule water extraction as the research object. Different membranes wassifted to separate protein, sugar and flavonoids existed in lotus splumule water extraction. The result shew that sugar, protein,flavonoidswere main compositions in lotus plumule water extraction, while the contents of each were 7.85%, 1.41%,1.42%(calculated by dry weight of lotus plumule). PS-10 ultrafiltration membrane combined with HPS-3 ultrafiltration membrane gave an effective isolation of protein, sugar and flavonoids. Lotus plumule water extraction was pumped through PS-10 ultrafiltration membrane first, the retention rate of protein, sugar and flavonoids were 74.65%, 9.09% and15.45% respectively. Filtrate was sifted through HPS-3 ultrafiltration membrane next, with the retentions rates of sugar and flavonoids were 69.46% and 18.67%. The combination of PS-10 ultrafiltration and HPS-3 ultrafiltration membrane could separate protein, sugar and flavonoids in lotus plumule water extraction effectively. And the data could make a contribution to the research as well as application of natural products.
