摘　　要：目的 探讨双泛素（human leukocyte antigen F-associated transcript 10,FAT 10）在结直肠癌组织、癌旁组织及正常结直肠黏膜中的表达情况,分析FAT10的表达与结直肠癌临床病理因素之间的关系.方法 应用免疫组化法,检测61例结直肠癌及其癌旁组织中FAT10的表达情况,并分析其表达与结直肠癌患者临床病理因素及生物学行为之间的关系.结果 免疫组化检测,FAT 10在结直肠癌中的阳性表达率为63.93%,明显高于癌旁组织（9.84%,P〈0.05）和正常结直肠黏膜（1.64%,P〈0.05）.FAT 10的表达与结直肠癌的临床分期及淋巴结转移情况密切相关.结论 FAT10在结直肠癌组织中的表达明显增高,对应的癌旁组织及正常结直肠黏膜无表达或弱表达.结直肠癌组织中FAT 10的阳性表达与临床分期及淋巴结转移情况有关,提示FAT 10基因与结直肠癌的恶性程度及侵袭转移密切相关.Objective To examine the expression of FAT10 in colorectal cancer tissue, paracancerous tissue as well as their normal mucosa, and analyze the relationship between FAT10 expression and the clinical-pathological factors in colorectal carcinomas. Methods FAT10 expression in 61 cases of colorectal carcinoma and paracancerous tissuse was measured by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between FAT10 expression and the clinical-pathological factors was analyzed. Results By immunohistochemiscal method, the positive rate of FAT10 expression in colorectal carcinomas was 63.93%, significantly higher than that in the paracancerous tissue （9.84%, P〈0.05） and their normal mucosa （1.64%, P〈0.05）. FAT10 expression was closely associated with clinical stages and lymphatic spread of colorectal carcinoma. Conclusion Expression of FAT10 is highly upregulated in colorectal cancer, but not in the paracancerous tissue and normal colorectal mucosa. FAT10 expression was closely associated with clinical stages and lymphatic spread of colorectal carcinoma. Overexpression of FAT10 may be closely associated with severity and invasive metastasis of colorectal cancer.
