摘　　要：产学研协同创新是县域经济转型升级的一条重要抓手,笔者利用常州大学派驻江苏省海安县挂职的机会进行了充分调研,总结出海安以科技创新引领经济转型升级的成功经验、困惑和启示。提出产学研协同创新引领县域经济转型升级的路径选择,对指导县域经济的发展有一定的借鉴意义。Industry-university-research institute collaborative innovation is of great help for the transformation and upgrading of county prefecture economy. Based on plentiful research, the author summarized the successful experiences, questions, revelation of how the technological innovation leaded economic transformation and upgrading during a temporary post in Hai＇an County accredited by ChangZhou University.The author also proposed path selection of industry-university-research institute collaborative innovation leading the county economy transition, which has some reference to guide the development of county economy.
