《红楼梦》中的人际关系及其现代意义

摘　　要：《红楼梦》中人物众多,人际关系复杂。以贾府为基点,可以概括出书中人际关系的三个主要领域。从待人方式、说话方式、处事方式、外人评价、钗黛和解等方面来比较林黛玉和薛宝钗对人际关系的处理,以及这种人际关系的处理能力对她们爱情和婚姻的影响。书中还描写了竞争型、不平衡型、利益连带型等尴尬的人际关系类型。从《红楼梦》中人际关系的处理获得现代启示意义,赢得好的人脉关系,与他人、社会和自然和谐相处。There are various figures in the Dream of Red Mansions and the interpersonal relationship is complicated.Taking the mansion of Jia as the base point, it could summarize three main sectors of the interpersonal relations in the book. It compares Lin Daiyu and Xue Baochai from the way treating people, speaking approach, the way handling affairs, others＇ impression on them and the reconciliation between Lin Daiyu and Xue Baochai. The paper also studies the influences of the interpersonal relationship on their love and marriage. Meanwhile, the paper describes awkward interpersonal relationship types including competitive type, unbalanced type, benefit associated type. The treatment of interpersonal relationship in the Dream in Red Mansions brings modern inspiration in establishing sound interpersonal relation and reaching harmonious coexistence among people, society and the nature.
