摘  要:目的:通过临床医学生对实习医院教学情况的问卷调查,综合评价实习医院的教学质量,为提升实习医院的临床带教能力,提高我院学生的实习质量提供有价值的建议。方法:采用问卷调查的形式,用临床实习教学评价表对6个实习医院的256名2009级临床医学专业本科实习生就实习教学中的教学内容、态度、技巧以及过程考核情况进行了调查,按每份问卷总分100分进行统计,用SPSS软件对评价内容、不同实习医院和科室进行统计分析比较。结果:学生对临床实习教学评价总体不高,平均得分75.13至83.44不等。1不同评价内容比较:在教学态度、教学内容、教学技巧和过程考核四个方面,后两者得分相对较低;2不同实习医院比较:在过程考核方面评价结果存在统计学差异(χ~2=25.06,P=0.000),教学技巧中病例讨论条目存在差异(χ~2=23.469,P=0.000);3不同科室比较:23个科室得分各不相同,最低分和最高分科室的教学质量评分存在较大差异,学生的评价结果在一定程度上受科室不同的影响而存在差异。结论:本调查研究结果显示医学生的临床实习教学环节存在一定缺陷和不足,今后应进一步深入调查实习学生所需,并从学生、实习医院、带教医生等多方位开展研究,提升实习教学质量,培养理论知识扎实、实践动手能力过硬的高素质医学生。Objective: To provide valuable advice for enhancing the ability of clinical teaching in practice hospitals and improving the quality of practice of clinical undergraduate students, we surveyed the teaching situation in clinical practice hospital, and evaluated comprehensively the quality of teaching practice hospital. Methods: We surveyed 256 Grade 2009 clinical practice teaching undergraduate students from 6 teaching hospitals with clinical practice teaching evaluation form, analyzed and compared the surveyed content, different hospitals and departments with SPSS software. Results: The evaluation of clinical practice teaching is overall low, the average scores ranged from 75.13 to 83.44. 1) the different contents of evaluation: the scores of teaching skills and processes are lower than teaching attitude and attitude; 2)different teaching hospitals: different teaching hospital, uneven quality of teaching practice.The process evaluation statistically significant(χ2=25.06, P=0.000),and the case discussion in the term of teaching skills statistically significant( χ2=23.469,P=0.000)3) different hospital departments: in 23 departments, score varies lowest score and the highest score of the department of teaching quality scores are quite different, the evaluation results of students affected by the different departments. Conclusion: The results of this survey show some defects and shortcomings of clinical medical students practice, we recommend further research the interns required of students in clinical practice, and carry out from the students, teaching hospitals and doctors. We should cultivate solid theoretical knowledge, practical ability team of highly qualified medical students through upgrading the quality of teaching practice.
