摘　　要：文章在已有研究基础上,对《地理新书》编纂过程及刊刻流传情况进行了系统梳理,认为:《地理新书》之赐名约在北宋康定元年(1040)以后,皇祐三年(1051)以前;嘉祐元年(1056)十一月书成奏进,宋人称之为《皇祐地理新书》;元祐元年之前,市面上有新旧两种本子,以地理新旧志相别,其中旧志是指《乾坤宝典》的地理篇,新志是指《地理新书》;南宋建炎三年(1129)重刻本已阙地图篇,该本明代江西地区可能尚有流传,今未见传世;目前所知存世的2种刻本、3种清抄本,皆属金代明昌三年(1192)张谦所刻15卷本之系统;传本中乔道用添语的时代可能早于张谦。Dili xinshu（《地 理新书》） is an important book on Dili Shushu（地理术数,divination geomancy）,which was compiled during the Northern Song. The book was given the name Dili xinshu maybe between the 1st year of Kangding（康定元年,A. D. 1040） and the 3rd year of Huangyou（皇祐三年,A. D.1051）. It had been reported to Emperor Renzong of Song（宋仁宗） in November of 1st year of Jiading（嘉定元年,AD. 1056）,being called Huangyou Dili xinshu（《皇祐地理新书》） at the time. There were two versions before the 1st year of Yuanyou（宋哲宗元祐元年,A. D. 1086）,with the old collection from the Dili shushu Chapters referred to as Qiankunbaodian（《乾坤宝典》） and the new Dili xinshu. Then,Dili xinshu was reprinted in the 3rd year of Jianyan（建炎 3 年,A. D. 1129）,with the chapter on mapping already lost.Today,we find 5 different versions of the book. Two of them were woodblock printed in the 3rd year of Mingchang（明昌三年,A. D. 1192） in Jin Dynasty,being edited by Zhang qian（张谦）,and three versions were handwritten copies of the Qing Dynasty. While all of them were called Chongjiaozheng Dili xinshu（《重校正地理新书》）,they actually belong to the same version.
