摘  要:试验比较了不同钾肥对秀珍菇[Pleurotus ostreatus(Fr.)Kummer]子实体中各种氨基酸和各类氨基酸数量性状的影响,利用灰色关联综合评判法分析了添加不同种类钾肥与秀珍菇各种氨基酸和各类氨基酸数量性状的关联度大小。结果表明,不同钾肥与秀珍菇中各种氨基酸数量性状的关联度顺序为硝酸钾>硫酸钾>氯化钾>磷酸二氢钾,硝酸钾处理的关联度是0.660 9,磷酸二氢钾处理的关联度是0.408 6;不同钾肥与各类氨基酸数量性状的关联度顺序为硝酸钾>硫酸钾>氯化钾>磷酸二氢钾,硝酸钾处理的关联度是0.699 8,磷酸二氢钾处理的关联度是0.450 2。关联度越大,对秀珍菇氨基酸的影响效果就越好。不同钾肥对秀珍菇子实体中氨基酸的数量性状与质量均有影响,在秀珍菇培养料中添加硝酸钾为最佳钾源。The effect of different potassium fertilizer on amino acids and their quantitative traits of Pleurotus ostreatus(Fr.)Kummer was analyzed to optimize the culture material. The correlation degree between different potassium fertilizer and amino acids and their quantitative traits was analyzed by grey correlation analysis. The correlation between different potassium and quantitative traits of different kinds of amino acids in P. ostreatus rank in the order as potassium nitrate(0.660 9) potassium sulphatepotassium chloridepotassium dihydrogen phosphate(0.408 6). The correlation between different potassium and quantitative traits of various amino acids ranked as potassium nitrate(0.699 8) potassium sulphatepotassium chloridepotassium dihydrogen phosphate(0.450 2). The higher the degree of connection degree, the better effect of potassium on P. ostreatus amino acids, indicating that potassium fertilizers has influence on the quantity and quality of amino acids in P. ostreatus.Potassium nitrate was the best potassium source in the culture medium of P. ostreatus.
