国际贸易中信用证审单标准适用的博弈分析

摘　　要：信用证交单过程是一个多方博弈的过程,参与其中的博弈主体分别为买方、卖方、开证行。三方都希望在整个交易过程中减少自己的风险、获取更大利润。在开证行审单过程中,可以通过不同的审单标准来对单据进行审核,而不同的审单标准会直接影响到受益人是否能够及时收到货款。采用博弈分析方法对开证行审单标准进行了分析,并提出了相关对策建议。The presentation process of letter of credit is a game process among multiple parties, and the participating bodies are buyer, seller and issuing bank. All of the three parties strive to reduce the self risk and gain better profit during the whole transaction process. During the process of document examination of issuing banks, they can examine the document via various standards, while the differential document examination standard .will directly affect whether .the beneficiary can receive money in time or not. This paper uses game theory to analyze the document examination standard and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
