摘　　要：目的:对中山市社区老年居民中医体质辨识进行横断面调查,通过大数据分析掌握中山市社区老年人中医体质分布规律及特点,为优化中医药在本地社区健康管理提供科学依据。方法:收集中山市24个镇区65岁及以上社区老年人中医体质辨识结果进行流行病学分析。结果:39.7%的老年居民辨识为平和质,平和质在九种体质中占比最高。60.3%的老年居民辨识为偏颇体质,主要偏颇体质为:气虚质(占28.7%)、阴虚质(占24.3%)和阳虚质(占23.6%)。结论:中山市65岁以上老年居民以虚性偏颇体质为主,但平和质占比高于国内一般人群。老年人的中医体质构成存在比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),性别与年龄与中医体质分布相关(χ~2=49.199,P<0.05)。Objective This cross-section study aims to explore the Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM） constitution type distribution and characteristics of elderly residents. To provide a scientific basis for the optimization of Chinese medicine in local community health management. Method Investigating and analyzing the TCM constitution of a large sample of elderly residents over 65-year-old, covering 24 towns and districts in Zhongshan city. Results 39.7% elderly residents in Zhongshan city are defined to balance type of TCM constitution, which is highest among all 9 TCM constitution types. 60.3% of elderly residents are defined to bias type of TCM constitution, and the leading 3 types include Qi deficiency（28.7%）, Yin deficiency（24.3%） and Yang deficiency（23.6%）. Conclusion The elderly residents of Zhongshan city are more likely defined to deficiency TCM constitution types, while the percentage of balance type is higher than that among average people national wide. Statistical significance of the composition of constitution types between different groups of elderly residents in Zhongshan city has been found. Gender and age are related to the type of TCM constitution（P〈0.05）.
