摘  要:在当今知识经济的时代,成人教育作为提升人力资本的一种重要途径,其教学效果日益受到人们的关注。成人教师作为提高教学效果的关键,对成人教师的教学进行评价是成人教师修正教学行为的依据。多元反馈评估从多个评价主体的视角出发,基于多个评价维度,对成人教师的教学行为进行全方位的评价,用量化评估的数字结果和质性评估的文字表述共同呈现教师的教学效果,帮助成人教师知晓各评价主体的意见,反思自己教学的不足,进而改善自己的教学行为,提高教学效果。In today's era of knowledge economy, adult education is an important way to improve human capital, and its teaching effect has attracted more and more attention. Adult teachers are as the key to improving the teaching effect, so the evaluation of adult teachers' teaching is the basis of adult teachers' correct teaching behavior. Multiple feedback evaluation starts from multiple evalu- ative body, a plurality of evaluation based on the dimensions, to evaluate the teaching behavior of adult teachers from comprehension, digital results with quantitative assessment and qualitative as- sessment of the words together to present the teaching effectiveness , and help teachers know the the main ideas of evaluative body, reflecting the weakness on teaching, and then improve their teaching behavior as well as the teaching effect.
