摘  要:通过问卷调查的方式,对晋江荣誉国际酒店员工满意度与忠诚度关系问题进行研究,同时通过SPSS 21.0进行因子分析。将员工满意度提炼为考核与晋升、薪酬与福利、工作内容、工作成就、工作环境、人际关系6个维度,将员工忠诚度提炼为职业忠诚和企业忠诚两个维度。结果显示,酒店员工的满意度与忠诚度现状处于中等水平,员工整体满意度及其各维度与忠诚度呈显著正相关;性别、年龄、工作时间、职务与员工满意度与忠诚度有显著相关性。提出民营酒店应采取改善工作环境、提供顺畅的职位晋升通道、优化薪酬福利体系、营造良好的人际关系氛围等对策。A questionnaire was used to survey the relationship between employee satisfaction and loyalty in Jinjiang Grand Honor Hotel, and the date were then processed with the factor analysis function of the SPSS 21.0. Employee satisfaction was divided into six dimensions: assessment and promotion, salary and welfare, work content, work achievements, work environments and interpersonal relationship; employee loyalty was refined into two dimensions: professional loyalty and enterprise loyalty. The results showed that employee satisfaction and loyalty are on medium levels; employee satisfaction and its dimensions are positively correlated with loyalty. The gender, age, working hours and positions are significantly correlated with employee satisfaction and loyalty. Some measures were put forward for private hotels: improving working environments, providing clear promotion channels, optimizing the salary and welfare system, building a good interpersonal atmosphere.
