摘 要:以野木瓜为试材,提取其超氧化物岐化酶(SOD),通过添加柠檬酸、葡萄糖、硫酸锌、硫酸铜、亚硫酸钠到邻苯三酚自氧化反应体系中,设置空白对照、阳性对照、阴性对照来检测样品的SOD活性衰减抑制率。结果表明,柠檬酸、葡萄糖、硫酸锌、硫酸铜、亚硫酸钠与SOD共同添加到反应体系中均能增强SOD自由基的清除能力,硫酸锌、亚硫酸、葡萄糖、硫酸铜与SOD混合能立即显现出保护作用,而柠檬酸在添加48 h后才显现对SOD的保护作用。由此可见,这几种物质可作为SOD活性衰减抑制剂添加。In this paper, SOD(superoxide dismutase) was extracted form Starntonia chinensis DC.. The inhibition effect on SOD activity was determined by adding antioxidant inhibitors glucose, citric acid, zinc sulfate, copper sulfate, sodium sulfite to pyrogallol autoxidation reaction system, and the inhibition results were compared with blank control, positive control and negative control. The results showed that, the radical scavenging ability of SOD was enhanced in the presence of glucose, citric acid, zinc sulfate, copper sulfate, sodium sulfite. The zinc sulfate, sulfite,glucose and copper sulfate showed the protective effecton SOD immediately, while the protection of citric acid on SOD was observed after 48 h. In summary, the substances above could be used as SOD inhibitor.
