摘 要:目的探究Vitallium 2000 plus含银抗菌涂层表面改性的可行性及其对变异链球菌的抗黏附性。方法采用大气等离子喷涂在Vitallium 2000 plus表面制备含银抗菌涂层,通过扫描电镜,能谱分析和孔隙率检测其表面特征;将常规Vitallium 2000 plus试件组为对照组,含银抗菌涂层组为实验组,激光共聚焦分析2组试件对变异链球菌的抗黏附性。结果涂层表面结构均匀致密,涂层和基底结合良好,Ag散在分布于涂层表面,涂层中以Cr和Cr_2O_3为主要物相;细菌抗黏附性与实验组有显著差异。结论 Vitallium 2000 plus含银抗菌涂层性能稳定,并改善Vitallium 2000 plus材料的细菌黏附性,为其在临床应用提供参考依据。Objective To study the feasibility and adhesion property of Streptococcus aureus of Ag - con- taining (AgCC) on the Vitallium 2000 plus. Methods Plasma spraying technique was adopted to pre- pare AgCC on Vitallium 2000 plus. Scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive analysis and porosity analysis were used to evaluate the surface properties. AgCC has adhesion resistance against staphylococcus aureus. Fluorescence microscope was adopted to evaluate the bacteria adhesion property. Results AgCC surface is uniform and compact, combined perfectly with subsrate material. The content of the surface was mainly Cr, Cr2O3 with a small amount of Ag2O. This film exhibited the best wear -resistant performance. The results of adhesion showed that bacterial adhesion was less than those on Vitallium 2000 plus and thus improve bacterial adhesion properties of Vitallium 2000 plus. Conclusions AgCC surface was stable and has adopted property on staphylococcus aureus, which demonstrated the feasibility of the coating surface modification for clinical application.
