摘　　要：应用系统论、协同论的方法,充分调动教师的主导性和学生自主性、积极性,全员、全方位、全程挖掘师生的潜能,实现师生横向互动整体、整合、互补互动、相互鼓励、观念交融、思想交锋和生成学习、教学相长,充分发挥师生互动学习、思维碰撞、相互整合的协同作用,产生优势互补的协同效应,提高师生的协同创造能力,实现学生写作或科研能力的提高。Using the method of system theory, this paper tries to find out how to give full play to the teacher＇s dominance and student autonomy and enthusiasm. And put forward overall and comprehensive ways to fully excavate the potential of teachers and students, promoting the interaction between the lateral interaction between teachers and students as a whole.
