摘 要:基于利益相关者的视角,对浙江省"三位一体综合评价"高校招生制度改革的执行效果进行评价,提出了评价指标体系的依据和原则,从教育主管部门、高校和高中三个视角设计了评价指标体系。根据调查数据进行了实证分析,说明"三位一体综合评价"能够较好考察学生的综合素质、有利于学生的综合发展、但对提升学生成绩的作用并不显著、现有制度设计已较完善、不同主体在看法上存在差异,提出了进一步对接高校与高中的需求、改进综合评价的内容和形式、进一步扩大试点高校的范围等对策建议。From the view of the benefit related parties,the implementation effect of the "Trinity Comprehensive Evaluation System"in Zhejiang has been evaluated,and the basis and principles of the evaluation index system have been proposed,which has been designed from the view of the education authorities,the colleges and universities,and the senior high schools. Then some empirical analysis have been conducted,the results show that the comprehensive quality of the students of senior schools can be well evaluated with the help of the system,which is of a great help in students' comprehensive development. However,there is no significant effect on students' performance in their studies. The existing system design is comparatively perfect,and the different parties hold different opinions. Based on the findings,the suggestions have been proposed to achieve a consensus between universities and high schools,to improve the content and form of the comprehensive evaluation,and to enlarge the scope of the experimental universities.
