摘  要:成人教育政策在成人教育中发挥着分配、导向、控制和协调的重要功能。通过对《第三份成人学习与教育全球报告》的解读,文章探究了全球成人教育的官方定义及成人教育政策的价值取向、目标群体和内容;重点关注了全球成人教育政策的新进展,非正规和无一定形式学习受到世界各国的重视,纷纷出台了认证政策。以上研究有利于促进我国成人教育政策的科学化、民主化和国际化进程。Adult education policy plays an important role in distribution, orientation, control and coordination in adult education. Through the interpretation of the "third global report on adult learning and education", this paper explores the value orientation, target group and content of the global adult education policy and the official definition of global adult education. This study also focuses on the new development of the global adult education policy. Many countries pay more attention on non-formal and informal learning and intro- duced certification policy. This research is helpful to promote the scientific, democratic and internationalized process of China's adult education policy.
