摘　　要：在新一轮科技革命和产业变革冲击下,制造业迎来国际性的全面转型升级,而"中国制造2025"计划的提出无疑为我国制造业转型升级增添了新的发展动力,也为我国高职教育人才培养提出更高的要求。基于"中国制造2025"的逻辑,"互联网+"时代的高职教育人才培养应具备专业养成、综合集成、理实一体、创新驱动的价值取向。为推动高职教育的供给侧结构性改革和适应性可持续发展,应该从明确人才培养方向、创新人才培养方式、重构专业知识结构、优化综合育人环境等维度,探索"互联网+"时代高职教育人才培养的创新路径和发展方向。With the new round of technological industrial revolution, the manufacturing industry is facing international transformation and comprehensive upgrade. And the ＂Made in China 2025＂ Plan will add new impetus to the development of Chinese manufacturing industry and put forward higher requirements for talent cultivation of higher vocational education in china. Based on the logic of ＂Made in China 2025＂ Plan, the higher vocational education under the background of ＂Internet ＋ ＂ era should possess value orienta- tion of the professional development, integration of theory and practice, comprehensive integration, and innovation-driven. In order to promote the supply side structural reform and sustainable development adaptability of higher vocational education, we should explore in- novative path and development direction of cultivating talents of higher vocational education in the ＂Internet ＋ ＂ era from clearing the direction of personnel training, innovating the mode of talent cultivation, reconstructing the structure of professional knowledge and optimizing the comprehensive education environment.
