摘 要:为实现考虑提前期压缩的动态供应链系统的低成本鲁棒运作,研究了一种成本优化策略和鲁棒控制方法。建立了一种提前期压缩成本与压缩量间的量化关系模型,通过对不同库存水平下的压缩成本与缺货成本进行比较,提出一种成本优化策略。根据供应链节点企业的不同库存状态,建立了一种考虑提前期压缩的动态供应链模型,并应用模糊鲁棒控制方法实现了各模型间的柔性切换。通过仿真实例验证了成本优化策略和鲁棒控制方法在降低系统总成本的同时,可以保证系统的鲁棒稳定。To realize the low cost robust operation of dynamic supply chain system with consideration of lead-time reduction,a cost optimization strategy and the robust control method were researched.A kind of quantitative model of compressive cost and compressive amount was established for the lead time,and a cost optimization strategy was proposed by comparing the compressive cost with the shortage cost under different inventory levels.According to the different inventory statuses of each node enterprise in supply chain,a model of dynamic supply chain considering lead-time compression was constructed,and a fuzzy robust control method was applied to realize the flexible switching among models.A simulation example of dynamic supply chain was given to show that both the total cost could be reduced and the robust stability could be realized with the cost optimization strategy and the fuzzy robust control.
