创业企业如何构建联结组合提升绩效?——基于“结构—资源”互动过程的案例研究

摘　　要：在资源约束条件下,构建适宜的联结组合能使创业者从关系组合带来的资源组合效应中获益并收获成长。但已有研究大多拘泥于探讨联结组合结构特征对绩效的直接影响,未能从资源组合角度挖掘联结组合结构与绩效间的内在机理。本文基于资源依赖理论的联合依赖与非对称依赖的双重视角,建构联结组合"结构—资源—绩效"的影响机制。利用嵌入式单案例研究发现:为了克服初创期较弱的联合依赖和较高的非对称依赖,青春期创业企业建立追加式资源组合增强联合依赖,创业企业绩效较低。从青春期到成长期,创业企业建立互补式与追加式并举的资源组合以降低非对称依赖,创业企业绩效较高。从成长期到发展期,创业企业建立大范围的互补式资源组合替代追加式资源组合以降低两种依赖,创业企业绩效最高。Building appropriated tie portfolio might make entrepreneurial firms benefit from the effect of resources bundles under the condition of resources constrains. Existing researches focused on the structure of tie portfolio, without reasonable explanation about the" structure-performance "relationship, especially not from the perspective of resources.Based on resources dependence theory and combining the perspective of dependence asymmetry and joint dependence,this article has established a theoretical model of" structure-resources-performance "for entrepreneurial tie portfolio.Using case study method, we have drawn conclusions as followed. Due to low joint dependence and high dependence asymmetry in the stage of beginning, entrepreneurial firms prefer to establish supplementary resources bundles in order to improve joint dependence, leading entrepreneurial firms into the stage of honeymoon and resulting in low performance. Facing high dependence asymmetry, entrepreneurial firms are more likely to use supplementary and complementary resources bundles to decline dependence asymmetry, which lead the firms into the stage of growing and result in better performance. Facing high joint dependence, entrepreneurial firms would like to replace supplementary resources bundles by complementary types so as to decrease dependence asymmetry and joint dependence, helping entrepreneurial firms enter into the stage of development and high performance.
