摘 要:目的:探讨一体化教学法在本科生临床急救技能培训中的应用效果。方法:将69名在院的本科医学实习生随机分为实验组34名与对照组35名。两组均进行"简易呼吸器的使用""电除颤"的培训与考核,对照组采取传统实训教学方法,实验组进行一体化教学方法,培训后按照统一标准进行操作考核,比较两组成绩的差异。结果:"电除颤"考核成绩有差异(P<0.05),"简易呼吸器的使用"有明显差异(P<0.01);效果评价显示学生认为此法在激发学习兴趣、提高学习效率、提高技能操作熟练度等方面均有显著效果。结论:一体化教学法有利于改善学生的思维方式及知识能力的构建,充分调动学员的学习积极性,在"教、学、做"的连贯模式中加强急救技能的掌握程度,缩短学生从认知转化为能力的所需时间,同时促进教师不断提高业务素质和教学水平,实现师生共同进步。此法是对临床技能传统教学模式的突破,未来可广泛应用。Objective:To study the integration teaching method in the application of undergraduate clinical first aid skills training effect. Methods: 69 undergraduate medical interns in hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and the control group of 34 and 35. Two groups are "simple respirator use", "electric shock" of the training and examination, control group adopts the traditional practice teaching method, the experimental group on the integration of teaching methods, training carried out in accordance with the unified operation assessment, after comparing the difference between the two groups of results. Results: there are differences between the "electric shock" appraisal result (P 〈 0.05), "simple respirator use" have obvious difference (P 〈 0.01); Performance evaluation shows that students think that this method to stimulate interest in learning, improve learning efficiency, improve operation skills proficiency, etc, all have significant effects. Conclusion: the integration teaching method to improve the students' way of thinking and the ability of knowledge construction, fully mobilize students' learning enthusiasm, in "teaching, learning and doing" coherent patterns in strengthen the master degree of first aid skills, shorten the time required from cognitive into ability of students, and promote teachers' professional quality and improve the teaching level, realize the teachers and students to make progress together. This was the breakthrough to the traditional teaching mode on the clinical skills, can be widely used in the future.
