多乐氟联合窝沟封闭剂对龋病患儿唾液中放线菌的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨多乐氟联合窝沟封闭剂治疗后对儿童唾液内的内氏放线菌(Actinomyces naeslundii,An)和龋齿放线菌(Actinomyces odontolyticus,Ao)的影响。方法收集45例多乐氟联合窝沟封闭剂和35例单纯行窝沟封闭剂治疗前后的龋病患儿唾液,提取细菌总DNA,实时荧光定量PCR检测唾液总菌、An和Ao含量。结果高龋、中龋患儿唾液An、Ao数量均显著高于无龋患儿(P<0.05)。高龋患儿和中龋患儿之间唾液An、Ao数量及百分含量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。多乐氟联合窝沟封闭剂治疗后,龋病患儿唾液An和Ao含量显著降低(P<0.05),且比单纯窝沟封闭剂治疗后下降更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多乐氟联合窝沟封闭剂对龋病的保护作用可能与抑制口腔An和Ao生长有关。Objective To investigate the effect of duraphat combined with fissure sealant on the Actinomyces naeslundii （An） and Actinomyces odontolyticus （Ao） in saliva of children with caries after treatment. Methods The saliva of 45 children with caries receiving treatment with duraphat combined with fissure sealant and 35 children with caries receiving treatment with pure fissure sealant before and after the treatment were collected. Total bacterial DNA was extracted. The An and Ao content in saliva was detected by Realtime PCR. Results The quantity of An and Ao in saliva of the children with high or moderate caries was significantly higher than that of the children without caries （P〈0.05）. There was no statistical difference in the quantity and percentage of An and Ao of the saliva between the children with high caries and those with moderate caries （P〉0.05）.
