摘　　要：[目的/意义]探讨虚拟社区环境因素如何影响用户知识共享行为,为虚拟社区的良性发展提供借鉴。[方法/过程]首先对虚拟社区环境及用户知识共享行为的概念和特性作出了界定,然后分别从微观层面、中观层面、宏观层面对虚拟社区环境因素的构成进行了解析,进而探讨了各环境因素对社区用户知识共享行为的作用机制,在此基础上提出了各环境因素对虚拟社区用户知识共享行为的协同作用机制。[结果/结论]构建虚拟社区环境因素作用机制模型具有较高的价值意义和可行性。[局限]作用机制模型的实际作用需要更多的实证研究和数据支撑来检验。[ Purpose/significance] This paper aims to explore how virtual community environmental factors affect user knowl- edge sharing and provide a reference for the healthy development of virtual community. [ Method/process ]Firstly, this paper defines the concept and characteristics of virtual community environment and user knowledge sharing behavior. Then, the paper analyzes the compositions of the virtual community environment from the micro level, the meso level and the macro level respectively. And then, the paper explores the mechanism of environmental factors on knowledge sharing behavior of community users. On this basis, the paper puts forward the synergistic mechanism of environmental factors on the knowledge sharing behavior of virtual com- munity users. [ Result/conclusion] It is of great value and feasibility to construct the mechanism model of virtual community envi- ronmental factors. [ Limitations ] The practical role of the mechanism model requires more empirical research and data support.
