摘 要:智力资本对高新企业创新绩效有显著正向促进关系,是高新企业提高生存概率和维护竞争优势的必要因素,高新企业应重视其智力资本评价并进行有效管理。针对智力资本评价指标的模糊性和主观不确定性,采用未确知测度的评价方法。首先,运用文献总结法构建高新企业智力资本评价指标体系。其次,运用未确知测度模型对S高新企业进行智力资本评价,分析发现S企业的短板为关系资本,尤其是其客户和营销渠道两个方面,并给出相关建议:客户方面加强客户需求分析,提高客户满意度;营销渠道方面加强冲突管理、选择合适营销渠道及规范中间商准入制度。最后,通过实例分析发现高新企业往往过度注重创新管理,导致关系资本管理认知匮乏。Intellectual capital has a significant positive promotion for high-tech enterprise's innovation performance, which is necessary in increasing survival probability and maintaining competitive advantage. Therefore, the high-tech enterprise should pay attention and managed effectively to intellectual capital. In view of the fuzziness and subjective uncertainty of intellectual capital evaluation index, chose the evaluating method of unascertained measurement. Firstly, built a high-tech enterprise intellectual capital evaluation index system by literature method. Secondly, uses the unascertained measurement to evaluate the S high-tech enterprise. The analysis finds that the relational capital is the weakness especially for customer and marketing. The paper puts forward the following suggestions: strengthening customer demand analysis, improving customer satisfaction, strengthening the conflict management in the marketing channel, and choosing appropriate marketing channel norms and access of middlemen. Finally, through example analysis, it is found that high-tech enterprises often put excessive emphasis on innovation management, lack of cognitive relationship capital management.
