摘　　要：环状RNA作为非编码RNA的一种，近年来在肿瘤等领域中展现出其独特的作用。环状RNA与肿瘤的产生、进展、转移、放化疗耐受等病理过程关系密切，并展现了其作为肿瘤的诊断标志物、预后评价指标、治疗靶点甚至药物的前景。该文将就环状RNA与肿瘤的相关研究做一综述。Circular RNA is a type of non - coding RNA, which had been showing special functions in oncology recent years. Circular RNA is closely associated with tumorigenesis, tumor progression and metastasis, resistance to ehemotherapies and radiotherapies. Circular RNA has shown its perspectives as being diagnostic biomarkers, prognostic evaluation standards, therapeutic targets and drugs. In this review, we will have a glance at the articles related to these aspects.
