中国特色社会主义政治经济学应提炼和总结六大经济实践经验

摘　　要：我国自改革开放以来取得了举世瞩目的经济成就,没有遵循西方各类经济学说开出的"药方",而是走出了一条不同于其他国家的独特发展道路,充分显示了中国特色社会主义制度的优越性。"实践是理论之源",独特的成功经济实践完全可以提炼、升华为中国特色社会主义政治经济学的创新理论。中国特色社会主义政治经济学是在马克思主义指导下,通过提炼和总结中国经济实践经验,加以一般化和规律化的理论体系。它必将为马克思主义政治经济学贡献理论智慧,为其他发展中国家提供借鉴,为当下我国应对新常态的挑战提供理论指导。为建立中国特色社会主义政治经济学理论体系,至少应提炼和总结六大经济实践经验:一是正确处理发展生产力与共同富裕之间的关系;二是正确处理人民的工具价值与人民的目的价值之间的关系;三是正确处理改革、发展与稳定之间的关系;四是正确处理政府与市场之间的关系;五是正确处理中央政府与地方政府之间的关系;六是正确处理独立自主与对外开放之间的关系。Since the Reform and Opening,China has made remarkable economic achievements. China＇s economic development path is not guided by the theories of Western Economics,this shows the superiority of the Socialist System with Chinese Characteristics. Practice is the source of theory,China＇s unique economic practice can be refined into the innovation theory of Socialist Political Economy with Chinese Characteristics.Socialist Political Economy with Chinese Characteristics is a generalized and regularized theoretical system under the guidance of Marxism,refined and summarized by the experience of China＇s economic practice. It will contribute to the theoretical wisdom of Marxist Political Economy,provide reference for other developing countries,and provide theoretical guidance for China to deal with the present challenge of the New Normal state.For the establishment of Socialist Political Economy with Chinese Characteristics,at least six economic practices should be refined and summarized. Firstly,handle the relationship between the development of productivity and common prosperity correctly. Secondly,handle the relationship between the material security of the people and the spiritual security of the people correctly. Thirdly,handle the relationship between reform,development and stability correctly. Fourthly,handle the relationship between the government and the market correctly. Fifthly,handle the relationship between the central government and the local government correctly.Sixthly,handle the relationship between independence and opening correctly.
